Does not connect keeps timing out will not record on motion detection. Total waste of time and Money

Lousy software. Complete waste of time. Returning product.

This APP is totally a joke!

Worked great for a few months and then it just wont connect. Will not let me enter my account information. Frustrated. Uninstalling app now to try and reload it, hope it works.

This app does not work at all. Its barely in English which makes it even more difficult to use. If you bought a camera that uses this return it immediately.

Camera doesnt work everyone should try mindsafe at least their camera works and change your router password they have access

Looks and feels like quality. But I have bought 2 and neither will not connect. And I tried patiently over and hour many many times. Plus I have done this for other wifi cams in the past. So I do know what im doing. Sorry to say, but these are junk!

I bought an E-Bell Video Doorbell model ATZ-DBV01P and after scanning the QR code i got this Yoosee app thats really not working! I dont even have the PIR option in Alarm Settings. Also, the E-Bell doesnt record any video by movement! Please fix this!

Bought the camera off Amazon, and set it up about 2 weeks ago. App works great with the camera, occasionally the camera picks up motion from like shadows out side, but overalls works great. Can view anytime I want without an issue

Good morning, I downloaded the program however it is not working, you can not find and do not configure the cameras. Do you have an update for the app ?? Accurate data for installation by IP.

I cant even utilize my camera because wifi connection fails. Once I establish a wifi connection and try to activate the camera this connection fails.

Everything is good， but how can I close the night vision at night？

Just bought the camera yesterday and the app worked perfectly. Moved great, crystal clear images, a great product... But....Just downloaded the update and now the camera wont turn at all!!! Please fix. Loved the camera when it worked and would hate to return it.

Just downloaded the new app and it does not work properly. I cannot talk over the camera with the message "the device does not support rtsp" Please fix it

Your app update has rendered my camera useless. There are too many choices for this to be so much trouble Goodbye.

Works for little bit then goes off line that I have to turn it off

I adore this app, but there are a few issues. My camera would randomly go offline for a few hours or days, no huge deal I understand. Sadly, the update locked me out of my cameras and refused to take my password to get back in. Its not the end of the world, I still receive email alerts with pictures, but this is not ideal. I hope these bugs are fixed soon because this is a very cool and useful product!
