Its alright (updated)

Everything worked fine until the app updated and now the camera doesnt move at all and the last update made the voice inaudible when using the speaker to talk. Completely pointless and useless now. Please fix this! Updated (12/25/15) Now the panning works, but it keeps timing out on me!

New update renders this app useless.

This app used to work perfect until the new update. Now I cant turn my camera nor can I use the voice. Was working fine before but now its unacceptably bad. This needs to be fixed!

Very disappointed!!!!

Loved the camera until your last update. Now camera doesnt have the blue light on showing its linked up and no blinking light when you link in. My phone app is not working properly, cant go into settings and is not showing how many viewers... PLEASE FIX THIS. I bought 6 more for gifts and now it not working. Very disappointed!

Camera worked until update

I can no longer connect via cellular to my camera as it keeps saying there is password error with the camera. It works fine when I am connected to the same wifi connection as the camera. Please fix this or revert back to the old app.

Abominable!

I’ve spent hours -HOURS!!- attempting to get the app/camera to work (both versions of the app). I’ve tried to set it up in all of the ways provided, but have only gotten the camera to work -briefly- once. There’s so much promise, so it’s disappointing. There are also some language problems (e.g., some instructions are incomplete & others are hard to understand). I’ve very tech savvy and have two other working cameras (D-Link and Pyle). They took minutes to get up and running. Wish I had stuck with one of those brands.

Now what?

If I cant hook up the cameras, they are useless, right? Guess I will be returning these....

Whats up with the update?!??

As all of the recent reviews are saying, the recent update that was intended to make the app more secure took away some of its best features. You can no longer move the cameras with the app or use it as a speaker to talk through. Support needs to make a new update soon to correct this, these features were some of the best parts of the app!

Update useless

My camera worked great before the update now its useless. Wont arm/disarm or do the camera functions. Please fix Latest update on January 11, 2016 actually made things worse. Now none of the functions work while on home wifi

Yay! Its working again

Have to reset the camera from the reset button. Redownloaded the app now its working like it used to! Thanks for the fix!

Terrible

App keeps saying there is a device password error and I cannot view my camera when it is online because of that. Cannot even fix settings with certain things because of the same reason.

Works like NEW

The last update was great for me. Everything works fine. Thanks again for keeping your app up to date. Cameras work better than before.

Cant get to work

I have tried ideas from other reviews. Re-downloading and nothing works. Would like an answer.

Dont waste your time

I could never get The camera configured. Could never get beyond device password error. The instructions were horribly written by someone who couldnt right in plain English. Stay away from this product.

YooSee is horrible Worked fine b4 update

This camera system worked fine before the January 2016 update. Now it doesnt work at all. Please fix immediately. Dont bother buying this product until new update comes out and is confirmed to work. So frustrated!

Doesnt work

Waste of money dont buy. Doesnt work on iPhone 6s. Motion alerts dont work. Camera always says its offline it hasnt worked like it was supposed to from day one

Great on the rare occasion it works

Worked pretty well for awhile but then alerts and alarms stopped working. Unfortunately, my house was robbed when the alerts werent working.

Terrible App. Very frustrated

Cant pass beyond "device password error" although the password is correct.

Not user friendly zero support

I know my password, yet the app tells me its wrong. So I have been requesting reset password for the past 7 days, with no response. Resetting camera does no good either. App is awful, with zero support. Pros: None, nada Cons: No support

Update is BS. New update STILL NOT FIXED

Ever since your update last time, I keep getting password error. I can view my camera one minute, then a few minutes later, I get the same old PW error crap. Get it fixed!!!! You want to sell cameras and create apps for it?? Then support it and get it fixed with a proper functioning app. This is not rocket science here. I like the new layout. That is about it. Now I cant connect at all. Just the busy circle forever. Why in the hell do you not get this right?

Only 1 viewer?

In the previous version, my wife and I could both view a camera at the same time. With this new update, the moment the second person tries to view the camera, the first person is disconnected. Please fix this! We use these cameras as baby monitors, as well as security, and it was nice for both of us to view the baby at the same time. Thanks.
