- All camera yoosee is set Static IP (it's set dynamic IP before) - After upgrade Firmware to 13.0.0.99, all camera lost connect, or offline after serveral hours (I don'n know exactly how many hour !) - So I have to turn off the Power, after restart, camera online and OK. But after serveral hours: camera is offline, lost connect. - Please help me resolve. Thank you so much.

The new version bug. The doorbell ring every Time the camera is switch on.

And i cant move the camera anymore.

Once you connect to the camera it will display proper image and sound but then it freezes and goes into timeout...please fix as it was working flawlessly before the update...

Nice app, but the recording can only be view via app. Need to be able to download memory data to cpu for records. Data extension not viewable in Windows.

When I first installed the camera and app on my phone it was working great. Now since the update, it takes forever to load and keep coming up with "time out" over and over again! It finally opens after about 5 minutes, far cry from how it used to open and run almost instantly!! Really bad software/app update. Please fix!!

The camera itself is ok, however the app and their support, is not good in English or french! I did a lot of guessing to figure out whats going on, the security feature (motion detection, etc) are not efficient, I wouldnt use it for it.

Up until the recent update this app was working fine. Since the update I can log in but that is all. I cannot view my cameras or lock them the system will not go online.

Everything was kind of OK up until the update, but since the new update nothing works, app connects but camera shows offline. ***** PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX *****

I cannot save records in HD mod. It records on SD mod!!!

The software is not stable. It go offline all the time. The only way to setup again you have to hard reset the camera and setup again but not for to long. It will go offline as usually The camera works good when works. If you lose power it wont go back to live

Since this update and me and my wife always having trouble connecting to camera. It always shows offline. Tried to reset but still same problem. Can you tel me how can we restore old version please?!! The whole idea of these cameras is reliability which is missing here.

It is always offline. You have to reboot to get online. Defeats the purpose of having a security camera when you have to reboot it manually most of the time. If it is working, picture quality and sound quality is good.

Would not connect camera

My cameras worked fine for months and then all of a sudden I could no longer log in. I got a password error, then when I entered my email to retrieve it I got the message "account no exist". So, either a) I was hacked and someone changed my info or b) the app is bad....either way, Im done. I unplugged the cameras and threw them in the trash where they belong...

Didnt work at all. I have to return the camera it is intended for. Worthless!

App works great. No issues with connecting or controlling camera pan and tilt.

Could not connect to camera, could not input wifi info into camera to connect it to the wifi! The app or the camera are useless!

Bought a camera that worked perfectly fine with an app that didnt work and would not connect - the camera folks were excellent but despite best efforts the app doesnt work. Avoid.
